- Getting your hands dirty and making something is the best way to learn.
- Not everyone is born to be a coder, but we should all be able to solve everyday tasks for ourselves. I’m not a trained chef but I can make my own dinner, the same applies to lots of things from DIY to art.
- That open technology is best, so everyone can trust what they use.
- That open technology is the best for education.
So we aim to give people a head start so they can create simple, useful things in a wide variety places and technologies.
